  • Median Sale Price: $549,000
  • Average Days on Market: 62 days
  • Months of Inventory: 3.3
  • Homes Currently for Sale: 260 (as of July 12)
  • Homes Under Contract: 107
  • Sale-to-List Price Ratio: 98%

What this means for you right now:

Oro Valley continues to show balanced market conditions with just over three months of inventory. The median sale price held strong at $549,000. Well-priced and well-prepared homes are still selling, while homes that are priced too high tend to take longer. Buyers have more selection than in prior years and are taking a more thoughtful approach.
